What are the manufacturing processes for titanium plates?

Hot forging is a forging process performed above the recrystallization temperature of the metal. Hot rolling is a rolling process performed above the recrystallization temperature. Cold rolling is a rolling process where the plastic deformation temperature is below the recovery temperature. Annealing is a metal heat treatment process in which metal is slowly heated to a certain temperature, held for a sufficient time, and then cooled at a suitable rate (usually slow cooling, sometimes controlled cooling). Pickling is the process of immersing the workpiece in an aqueous solution such as sulfuric acid to remove thin films of oxides from the metal surface. It is a pretreatment or intermediate treatment for processes such as electroplating, enamel coating, and rolling. Grade 7 Titanium Plate / titanium rolling sheet
