How to reasonably design the structure of titanium elbow?

There is a new titanium alloy elbow with reasonable structure design, simple structure, not easy to corrode, good sound insulation, convenient dredging, and long service life. Its structure is rationally designed as follows:

The Titanium Elbow includes the elbow body, and the two ends of the elbow body are respectively provided with port one and port two. The thickness of the alloy layer is 2.5mm, the thickness of the sound insulation layer is 3.5mm, the thickness of the iron-based alloy layer is 4mm, and the bending angle of the elbow body is 155-165 degrees. Among them, the bending angle of the titanium elbow body is preferably 159°, the fluid flow is smoother, and it is not easy to be blocked; the titanium-based alloy layer, the sound insulation layer and the iron-based alloy layer are combined to form an integrated structure.

In order to make the product more reasonable, there is a dredging opening at the bend of the elbow body, and a sealing nut is threaded on the outer end of the dredging opening. Both port one and port two are provided with polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings. The outer walls of port one and port two are welded with connecting convex rings.

By adopting the above technical scheme, the structure is reasonable, the titanium-based alloy layer has high strength, is not easy to deform, has good corrosion resistance, and has a long service life; the sound insulation layer makes the titanium elbow have a good sound insulation effect, and the noise of the fluid passing through the elbow is small; the elbow body The bending angle is set reasonably, the fluid flow is smooth, and it is not easy to block.
